Please securely store away all valuables, stray items, and pets before our cleaners arrive. Keep in mind that our cleaners are not professional organizers. And though they may aid you with some basic tidying, they are not required to help you declutter.

You will get a confirmation as soon as we find a provider for your job via email and SMS.

After you book for the first time, an account will be made for you where you can log in and modify your bookings at any time. If you need any assistance, feel free to email us at melykarss@gmail.com and we will implement any changes for you.

Please note that due to limited availability, we charge an additional fee of $50 for same-day cleans. Give us a call at 617-304-3692 and we’ll see what we can do for you.

For appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, Casa Bella will charge a $50 service fee. For appointments cancelled or rescheduled when our cleaners have already arrived on site, Mint Maintenance will charge a $80 service fee.

Gratuity is welcomed after completion of service. You can leave cash for our team or add a tip to your online payment. 100% of all tips are split evenly between the cleaners at your appointment.
